Here are some photos I’ve taken with my mobile phone while using the public bus system in Singapore. They were taken while I was riding in the bus, or while I was waiting at bus stops for the bus.<\/p>\n

Taufik<\/a>, Singapore’s first Singapore Idol, endorses a smoke-free Singapore. But how about a sweat-free Singapore?<\/p>\n

Look up from the dusty road, you may see a thing or two of beauty.<\/p>\n

\"Three<\/a><\/p>\n

Slow and steady wins the race. This guy on the bicycle rode at a steady pace along Bukit Timah Road. The bus sped past him, stopped at the bus stop, raced past him. The race continued this way but the cyclist won.<\/p>\n

Freedom!<\/p>\n

\"End<\/a><\/p>\n

I’ll show you what’s in my bag if you show me what’s in yours.<\/p>\n

\"Waiting<\/a><\/p>\n

No ride for the straight road ahead.<\/p>\n

The fair price of a bus ticket or the luxury of a new car?<\/p>\n

Artificial light soon overtakes natural light.<\/p>\n

\"Lamp<\/a><\/p>\n

No seat for the weary.<\/p>\n

The lucky few. Some succumb to their tiredness. Others try to keep their eyes open lest they miss their stop.<\/p>\n
