It&#8217;s easy to always find the Crystal Red Shrimps (CRS) and Red Cherry Shrimps (RCS) and in your excitement forget these chaps &#8211; the Green Neon Shrimp I mentioned in my <a href=\"https:\/\/joanneteo.com\/wordpress\/2006\/12\/01\/baby-cherries\/\" title=\"Baby Cherries\">previous post<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Be warned. The rest of the post is image intensive.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Because they are green and in a planted tank, they can be a little hard to find. A CRS hangs out with a Green Neon, an RCS juvenile and a shrimplet that&#8217;s so young, the colour hasn&#8217;t come out yet and is hard to identify.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/joanneteo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/12\/2006-12-05_09-44-16_dsc_0759_web.jpg\" title=\"Crystal Red Shrimp, Green Neon Shrimp with two shrimplets\" class=\"imagelink\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/joanneteo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/12\/2006-12-05_09-44-16_dsc_0759_web.jpg\" alt=\"Crystal Red Shrimp, Green Neon Shrimp with two shrimplets\" id=\"image165\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And not forgetting my rhino shrimps.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/joanneteo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/12\/2006-12-05_09-30-07_dsc_0732_web.jpg\" class=\"imagelink\" title=\"Rhino Shrimp\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/joanneteo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/12\/2006-12-05_09-30-07_dsc_0732_web.jpg\" id=\"image166\" alt=\"Rhino Shrimp\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Besides shrimp, it seems I&#8217;ve also been breeding snails. Lots of them. Time to hold back on the food!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/joanneteo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/12\/2006-11-16_11-59-04_dsc_9950_web.jpg\" title=\"Snail eggs\" class=\"imagelink\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/joanneteo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/12\/2006-11-16_11-59-04_dsc_9950_web.jpg\" alt=\"Snail eggs\" id=\"image168\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I picked up these gelatinous sacs that actually stick onto whatever surface they&#8217;re laid on. Each sac contains more than 20 little snails.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/joanneteo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/12\/2006-11-27_14-53-58_dsc_0587_web.jpg\" title=\"Snaill eggs in sac\" class=\"imagelink\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/joanneteo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/12\/2006-11-27_14-53-58_dsc_0587_web.jpg\" alt=\"Snaill eggs in sac\" id=\"image169\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>After a few hours, they dried up. When they dried up, I dropped some water on them and they became gelatinous again.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m wondering if these sacs can endure a period of dry and if the young would survive.
