Moving on

Woah! It’s been a while. Finally life is settling back to normal.

What do I mean by normal? No more seven day weeks. 12 to 15 hour stretches of production. No more waking up at 4am and sleeping at 1am.

Yup, the production of my new TV show, PG, is over. It’s now about two weeks after the last tape was rolled for PG.

It was a huge learning experience for me. Made mistakes I hope I don’t ever make again.

Now it’s editing and post production.

I’ve seen the episodes I’ve directed and they’re a little uneven. But it’s done and there’s no turning back.

Looking back, I’ve to be a lot more organised, more confident and not let the things others do upset me.

Organised? Like actually ticking off shots I’ve already taken. After all the planning, it’s a pity I didn’t turn to the script and tick off what I’d done.

Well, soon we’ll have to settle on the music, the opening titles and soon complete the entire look of the show. More things to look forward to!

(As you can see, I’ve also back-dated some entries that I meant to write.)
