Well, after months of writing, auditioning, casting, it now all comes together.
Tomorrow, we start the shoot of our new television show, PG. I get to direct two episodes in this season and it’s my first time handling full episodes of a comedy.
I’ve directed magazine programmes and scenes of My Sassy Neighbour (Season II) before.
I’m quite excited. We get to shoot in 16:9 format. I’ll have to look with the pictures with a slightly wider eye, I guess.
It’s really nice to see everything come together, the sets, the props and so on. I’m sure I’ve rubbed many people the wrong way trying to be exacting. But hey, we all want a great product, right?
Ultimately, if the show does well, who’ll remember? We’ll be too busy with smiles on our faces.
Hell, I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it will be good.
