As you know, I sent out an e-mail to the two major public bus companies asking them how frequently they overhaul their airconditioning systems.
About three days later, SBS Transit replied. Today, 18th July, SMRT has yet to reply.
One wonders why they even put up a feedback form if they’re not intending to attend to the feedback.

i once emailed a question to singapore post and they never responded either. govt agencies! yes, why bother to have a feedback form at all?
the question was: when you write ‘return to sender’, does mail actually get returned to sender?
Why don’t you send me a letter and I’ll put a “return to sender” and we can test SingPost out?
Anyways, I suspect that SingPost isn’t delivering some of my letters. A few notices for payment for our condo conservancy charges never arrived.
